Refunds & Digital Terms
We strive for clarity. Because our tools are digital, specific terms apply to your purchase.
You are entitled to request a refund for AI Credit packs within 14 days of purchase, provided that no credits from that specific pack have been consumed for previews.
To exercise your right to a refund, you must inform us of your decision via a clear email statement.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. We do not charge administrative fees for processing valid digital refund requests.
Condition of Sale:
For digital goods to be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
Purchase within 14 days
Product is unused
The following items cannot be returned:
Individual AI credits that have already generated a grooming preview image.
The "From Inspiration to Grooming Plan" Ebook once the unique download link has been clicked.
Promotional bundles where the digital download or AI access has already been initiated by the user.
Gifted credits once they have been claimed by the recipient's account.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for digital products that have been significantly consumed prior to the request.
Technical Aid
If your dog's photo fails to process, we will credit your account with a replacement preview for your pet.
GroomingPreview HQ
Our goal is to ensure you have a professional grooming plan ready for your next salon visit, and we will work to resolve any technical blockers you encounter with the app to ensure you get the preview you paid for.
Gifts:
If the AI credits were purchased as a gift, the refund must be requested by the original purchaser. Once credits are redeemed by the recipient, they are considered used and are no longer eligible for a standard refund.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver's original payment method via our support portal.
